Moldovan State Fiscal Service collects 34.4 billion lei in first nine months of 2021

Chisinau, 1 October /MOLDPRES/ - The collections of revenues in the national public budget managed by the State Fiscal Service (SFS) amounted to 34.4 billion lei in the first nine months of 2021, increasing by over 5.3 billion lei or by 18.3 per cent against the same period of the year before, according to data by SFS.

Thus, in January-August 2021, 14.6 billion lei was collected in the state budget, which is by 2.3 billion lei more against the same period of 2020, or increasing by 18.6 per cent.

Collections worth 3.8 billion lei were registered in the local budgets, which is by 857.2 million lei more against the same period of the last year or by 28.6 per cent.

Also, 11.9 billion lei was collected in the state social insurances budget in the first nine months of 2021, which is by 1.6 billion lei more against the same period of 2020, or up by 15.8 per cent.

At the same time, 4 billion lei was accumulated in the mandatory social insurances accounts, which is by 547.3 million lei more against the same period of the year before or up by 15.8 per cent.
