Over 1,300 of infection with COVID-19 registered in Moldova in last week

Chisinau, 4 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Health Ministry has informed that 1,374 cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were registered in Moldova in the last week.

On this period, 24,460 tests were made and 14 deaths were recorded.

Also in the last week, 231 people administered the first dose of anti-COVID vaccine and 927 ones made the third dose. As many as 1,071,750 people have been vaccinated with the full scheme so far.

Starting from last July, citizens can administer the dose Booster 2 of vaccine against COVID-19. At the same time, the immunization of children who turned 12 is possible.

Also, specialists recommend that the residents wear protection masks in crowded public spaces and in the public transport. At the same time, the wearing of masks is compulsory in the medical institutions.
