Moldovan envoy hands over credentials in Tajikistan

Chisinau, 18 November /MOLDPRES/- Andrei Galbur today handed over credentials as Moldovan Ambassador to President of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon, the Foreign and European Integration Ministry's communication and media relations service has reported.
The ambassador mentioned his priorities, opting for strengthening and boosting the friendship and cooperation ties between the two states. For his part, Rahmon highlighted his country's openness for deepening the bilateral cooperation.
Galbur also
met Minister of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan Sirodjidin Aslov and continued
talks on boosting the multidimensional interaction between both countries. In
the context, the officials signed a protocol on Exchange of Instruments of Ratification
of Friendship and Cooperation Treaty between Moldova and Tajikistan.
Turning to
good accounts of economic potential and exchange of experience in the
agro-industrial sector have been approached at the meetings between Galbur and
Deputy Prime Minister Murodali Alimardon and Chairman of the State Committee on
Investments and State Property Management Qodiri Qosim.
Also, the
Moldovan official met Parliament Speaker of Tajikistan Shukurjon Zuhurov. The
officials exchanged opinions about the electoral processes from the two states,
in the context of the parliamentary elections, due in Moldova on 30 November
and Tajikistan in February-March 2015.
