Moldovan premier meets representatives of Romanian Royal House

Chisinau, 23 February /MOLDPRES/ - Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici at a today's meeting welcomed the presence of Their Royal Highnesses Princes Radu and Nicolae in Chisinau, highlighting the importance of keeping the relations between Chisinau and Bucharest in diverse sectors, the government's communication and media relations department has reported.
"Due to the support provided by Romania, a string of important development projects are carried out in Moldova. Romania has become the principal economic partner of our country. All these positive tendencies should be recorded in continuation. We will do our utmost to continue this trend," Prime Minister Chiril Gaburici said.
For his part, Prince Radu of Romania voiced the Royal House's intention to further back Moldova's European integration. "Please, rely on our support. We will be glad to help you, especially on the path of integration into the great European family."
The sides exchanged symbolical presents. Chiril Gaburici gave the Their Royal Highnesses an album with pictures from Moldova each.
This is the first visit by Prince Nicolae to Moldova. During almost one week, His Highness has scheduled visits to the cities of Orhei, Balti, Soroca and Chisinau. At the same time, Prince Radu pays a two-day visit to Chisinau on 23-24 February.
