Deputy foreign affairs minister meets deputy head of United Kingdom's embassy in Moldova

Chisinau, 1 August /MOLDPRES/ - Deputy Foreign Affairs and European Integration Minister Daniela Morari on 31 July had a meeting with the deputy head of the Embassy of the United Kingdom in Moldova, Neil Martin, the Foreign Affairs and European Integration Ministry’s information and media communication service has reported.
The discussions were focused on Moldova’s relations with the United Kingdom, through the light of the European integration agenda, as well as how the subjects of common interest as a result of UK’s decision to leave the European Union are to be prioritized.
The officials identified, for short and medium terms, the bilateral agreements and the accords signed at the EU level, which need to be revised.
The Moldovan deputy foreign affairs minister was given assurances that the assistance received from the United Kingdom to implement the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area would not undergo structural changes.
