The premier said that today is a sad day for the United States and for the whole world, when we mark 18 years of terrorist attacks in which more than three thousand people were killed and another six thousand were injured. "Terrorism is not a subject that concerns one country or another. Terrorism, unfortunately, targets all of us, and that means that we all have to make efforts to prevent such tragedies. The Republic of Moldova, even if it has more modest resources in the fight against terrorism, will do everything in its power, will provide the information necessary to contribute to peace and reduce terrorism risks. We came here to express our condolences to the American Ambassador and people on this enormous tragedy,” Sandu said.
"We have been and remain firm, through the institution I represent and other state institutions, alongside the US, in their efforts to combat global terrorism. Terrorism has no borders, no limits, and must be countered, ”added Andrei Năstase.
