Czech parliamentary delegation on visit to Moldova

Chisinau, 11 October /MOLDPRES/- Speaker Zinaida Greceanii met today a delegation of the Czech Republic, led by head of the health committee of the Chamber of Deputies Věra Adámková. The meeting was attended by Vladimir Odnostalco, deputy head of the commission for social protection, health and family, the parliament’s communication and public relations department has reported.
The sides approached the positive developments in the dialogue between Moldova and the Czech Republic in the last period, and have expressed mutual interest in deepening bilateral cooperation. They pointed out the importance of using the economic cooperation possibilities by increasing mutual investments and volume of Moldovan goods on the Czech market.
In the context of interparliamentary cooperation, the sides pleaded for establishing cooperation and exchange of experience between the relevant commissions of the legislative bodies of our countries. Also, they noted the importance of interaction in the university education and medical institutions.
Věra Adámková broached the ideas of collaboration in the health and social protection, expressing gratitude for the Moldovan authorities’ willingness to support their achievement.
Greceanii assured the Czech side of full support from the Moldovan parliament for initiatives useful for citizens.
