Moldovan president meets parliament speaker

Chisinau, 19 October /MOLDPRES/ - President Igor Dodon had a working meeting with Parliament Speaker Zinaida Grecianii, the presidential press service has reported.

The officials discussed subjects on the parliament’s current agenda, including the report of the inquiry commission for the elucidation of all circumstances of the Moldovan bank system’s embezzlement and investigating the bank fraud.

Zinaida Greceanii, who is also the leader of the Party of Socialists (PSRM), informed Igor Dodon about the activities of the political formation, including the party’s participation in the general local elections.

In her capacity of PSRM leader, Zinaida Grecianii invited the head of state to participate in an enlarged meeting of the Socialists’ parliamentary faction, scheduled following the parliamentary polls.
