Candidate of block ACUM for head of Chisinau municipality votes for future

Chisinau, 20 October /MOLDPRES/ – The candidate of Block Acum, Platform DA and PAS for position of general mayor of Chisinau municipality, Andrei Nastase, has said he voted in the general local elections (ALG) for the future and for the better change of things in Chisinau municipality.

Accompanied by his wife and daughter at the polling station, Andrei Nastase announced that he was thinking of future generations and for a new beginning.

"I voted for the people of this country in general and for the citizens of Chisinau, especially. I voted for the future, because I am sure that from this day we shall all defeat the past, we shall mark a new beginning. I am sure that from today, the citizens of Chisinau will prove to the whole world that we want a change of things for better. I voted with a view to future generations and with the certainty that this time no one will dare to cancel the vote of the people”, said Andrei Nastase.

The polling stations opened at 07:00 hours and close at 21:00 hours.
