Heating season in Balti starts on 28 October

Chisinau, 29 October /MOLDPRES/- In Balti municipality, including Elizaveta and Sadovoie villages, the heating season 2019-2020 started on 28 October. A provision to this effect was signed by acting mayor Ghenadie Şmulschi.

According to the order, first of all, hospitals, educational institutions and kindergartens will be connected to heat.

Under the regulation, the heating season in the municipality starts when the thermal values remain on average 10 degrees Celsius during three consecutive days. According to meteorologists, this week is expected to be cold and rainy, especially in the north of the country, where in the following days it is expected 5-8 degrees during the day in the coming days and up to 6 degrees cold at night.

Last year, the city started to be heated on 24 October and in 2017 - on 11 October.
