Chisinau, 2 October /MOLDPRES/- The 2 October Official Journal published the government decision approving the Regulation on the framework agreement as a special way of awarding public procurement contracts. At the same time, the government repealed its decision in this regard in 2012.
The regulation sets out how to make public procurement of goods, works and services by applying the framework agreement.
The document will also be used when the contracting authority decides to use the framework agreement as a special award method in terms of the effectiveness of the planned procurement.
The regulation entered into force today, with the publication in the Official Journal.
