Several events on National Wine Day scheduled for 3-4 October

Chisinau, 3 October /MOLDPRES/- This year, the National Wine Day of the Republic of Moldova will be celebrated differently, with a more online program. However, the format of the event will allow the celebration of National Wine Day in any corner of the world, with a glass of good wine and a word of congratulations to Moldovan winemakers, the Ministry of Agriculture, Regional Development and Environment (MADRM) has reported.

"On 3-4 October we urge you to celebrate the Wine of Moldova and to watch live the events to celebrate the 19th issue of the National Wine Day. The agenda of the event will start on Saturday, with the official opening ceremony of this year's edition - Eu deVIN Sărbătoare, online, and in the evening at 19:00 there will be a Webinar & Masterclass - My Wine Day, with Jamie Goode ", MADRM said.

This weekend, several wineries and restaurants have prepared special programs and will receive guests on National Wine Day.

This year marks the 19th edition of the National Wine Day. Initially, the event was launched as the Moldovan Wine Festival in 2002, later renamed, and traditionally takes place on the first weekend in October.
