Chisinau, 6 October /MOLDPRES/ - The Embassy of Romania in Moldova has informed that, starting from 7 October, new legal provisions on the suspension of the quarantine regime would enter into force.
According to the Romanian Embassy, people who enter Romania from Moldova, if they remain in the neighbour country for a period of less than 3 days and present a negative test for SARS-CoV-2, made by 48 hours before entering Romania at the latest, are exempted from quarantine as of 7 October.
People who come to Romania from Moldova and enter quarantine for a 14-day period can get out of quarantine on the tenth day, if they make a test for SARS-CoV-2 on the 8th day of the quarantine, the result of which is negative and do not have the specific symptomatology.
The embassy recommends that the citizens inform themselves about the entrance and stay in Romania, before starting the travel, in order to avoid the trip to the crossing border point and refusal of the entrance.
