Chisinau, 9 October /MOLDPRES/ - The State Fiscal Service (SFS) has informed that, within verifications to observe the provisions of the government decision on the selling prices for the socially important products, infringements were recorded as to the way invoices are filled in, through erroneous indication of the purchasing/delivery price and as a result, of the trade markup enforced.
To prevent cases of violation of the legislation’s provisions, SFS warned that the socially important products, both imported and natives ones, which were processed in commercial units, are sold with the enforcement of the trade markup, which does not exceed 40 per cent cumulatively from the purchasing/delivery price.
„The processing represents an additional activity carried out in the trade unit, in order to prepare products for sale through their packing/re-packing, which does not change the products’ initial specific features. The wholesale trader is not regarded as producer, if he/she carries out technological operations of processing, without modifying the products’ specific features,’’ the quoted source said.
The Fiscal Service urges the tax payers involved in the sale of socially important products to work in accordance with the provisions of the legislation in force.
Under the regulation, the regulation on the formation of selling prices of socially important products, such products are included in this category as: certain types of bread, dairy products, cereals, flour, oil, preparations for new-born children and preparations for early-age children, etc.
