Voters can apply for voting certificate by late October

Chisinau, 13 October /MOLDPRES/- By late October, voters can apply for voting certificate. It shall be issued by the polling station corresponding to the valid residence.

According to the press service of the Central Electoral Commission, people who on election day will not be in the locality where they have valid residence, can request a voting certificate from the polling station. It will allow voters to vote in any other polling station in the country, on the additional electoral list.

Voting certificate shall be issued upon presentation of the identity card certifying voter's residence within the polling station.

On 1 November presidential elections will be held in the Republic of Moldova.
