Land owner's title regulation enters into force on 23 October

Chisinau, 22 October /MOLDPRES/- The regulation on unique models of the titles of authentication of the land owner's right, way of filling out, issuing and keeping them will enter into force on 23 October once published in the Official Journal. The credentials of the landowner's right issued before entry into force of the decision shall remain valid.

According to the government's decision, the authentication titles of the land owner's right are issued by: local public administration authorities, in case they assign the lands owned by the administrative-territorial units; Public Property Agency, in case of state allocation of state-owned lands.

Each land is assigned a unique cadastral number, the structure and principle of which are set in accordance with the Regulation on how to carry out massive primary registration, approved by a government decision of 1998.
