Citizen detained by Tiraspol breakaway structures today released

Chisinau, 29 October /MOLDPRES/ - A Moldovan citizen, employee of the constitutional authorities, who was detained by the MGB (so-called state security ministry) structures, has been released, the Reintegration Policies Bureau.

The person who was daily going to his job and back home on the Camenca-Sanatauca route is employee of the authorities from the right bank of Dniester.

Due to the involvement of the national constitutional authorities for the settlement of this individual case, the person was released.

Thanks to the prompt reaction of Moldova’s Delegation to the Joint Control Commission, as well as other agencies of law enforcement, competent people managed to settle this incident immediately.

Chisinau condemns this provocative and defiant behavior to the state’s security and human rights on behalf of Tiraspol.
