Today - last day for campaigning

Chisinau, 30 October /MOLDPRES/- Today is the last day that candidates for President of the Republic of Moldova can make electoral agitation.
According to the Central Electoral Commission, the electoral legislation sees that agitation is strictly forbidden on election day and the day before it. These days, any appearance of candidates in elections to TV and radio shows is not allowed.
Also, candidates cannot make transfers to and from the account indicating Electoral fund.
Violation of legislation is fined from 750 to 1,500 lei to private people or from 1,750 to 2,500 lei to official or electoral contestant.
