Moldova’s foreign ministry condemns terrorist attack in Vienna

Chisinau, 3 November /MOLDPRES/- Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Oleg Țulea sent a message of compassion on the evening of November 2 to his Austrian counterpart, Alexander Schallenberg, the MAEIE press service has reported.

"We vehemently condemn this brutal terrorist attack and on behalf of the Republic of Moldova we convey our condolences to the bereaved families and speedy recovery to those injured," he said.

The Moldovan Embassy in Vienna is in contact with the competent authorities in Austria to specify whether the victims are not Moldovan citizens. According to information, there are no Moldovan citizens affected by the attack.
