Social benefits to be able to be paid through MPay service in Moldova

Chisinau, 19 November /MOLDPRES/ - The parliament today approved a draft aimed at adjusting the current normative framework, in order to implement the distribution of social benefits through the MPay governmental service of electronic payments.

The draft sees excluding the obligation of the National Social Insurances House to contract the provider of payment services established by the beneficiary on the date when the right to social benefit was given. Thus, the beneficiary will be free to choose the provider of payment services and the way of payment through any legal instrument available and in any location from Moldova, through the MPay governmental service of electronic services.

Also today, the lawmakers ruled that the duties of control in the field of labour security and health and labour relations return to the State Labour Inspection again.
