Chisinau, 25 November /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau city hall is obliged to reexamine the auction on the purchasing of 100 buses.
The National Agency for Settlement of Claims (ANSC) obliged the Chisinau city hall to reexamine the bids of the participants who took part in the auction on buying the busses.
The ANSC decision came after other competitive firms had contested the nomination of the USUZU Company as winner of the auction and appealed this decision by the local authorities.
Under the decision, the Moldovan capital’s city hall has at its disposal 15 days following the adoption of the ANSC decision, in order to re-evaluate the bids presented by the Anadolu Isuzu Otomotiv Sanayii ve Ticaret and BMC Otomotiv Sanazi ve Ticaret. The decision is compulsory and can be appealed in a period of 30 days after the date of communication.
Those 100 buses were to be brought to the Urban Park of Buses. About 270 million lei was allocated for their purchasing and the bids were submitted starting from 10 September 2020.
