Chisinau, 26 November /MOLDPRES/- Regulation on certification of specialists in the fields of geodesy, cartography, topographic prospecting, geoinformatics, real estate valuation and cadastre will be published in the Official Journal on 27 November.

The regulation sets out the certification procedure of specialists in the fields of geodesy, cartography, topographic surveys, geoinformatics, real estate and cadastre valuation, as well as the organization and development of the activity of certification commissions in the respective fields.

It aims at determining the level of knowledge of the normative and technical framework necessary for the execution of the respective works, of the professional abilities, stimulating the professional improvement, as well as raising the responsibility in the practical activity and identifying the risk factors.

The Land Relations and Cadastre Agency will take the necessary measures to ensure the issuance of the certificate and its duplicate, respectively the refusal to issue it, as well as the extension, exchange, suspension and withdrawal of the certificate through the automated information system for managing and issuing permissive documents. in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the regulation by authorization of the entrepreneurial activity.
