Acting president meets Russian envoy

Chisinau, 26 November /MOLDPRES/- Acting President Igor Dodon had a working meeting with Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Moldova Oleg Vasnetov, the presidential press service has reported.

Officials considered various aspects of bilateral cooperation relations. They noted with satisfaction the significant intensification this year, despite the pandemic crisis.

The sides also discussed the format and agenda of two important international events, due in the coming weeks, with the participation of the Republic of Moldova. It is about the summit of the Eurasian Economic Union, where our country has been an observer since 2018, and of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
