Official Journal to publish regulations on taxation of real estate

Chisinau, 26 November /MOLDPRES/- The 27 November Official Journal of Moldova will publish regulations on assessment and reassessment of real estate for tax purposes, approved by the government.

According to the government decision, the Regulation on real estate assessment for tax purposes establishes the valuation by applying the massive valuation and the three methods of estimating market value: the method of comparative analysis of sales, the method of income and the method of ex

penses.

The Regulation sets out revaluation of real estate for tax purposes by identifying the stages of the revaluation process and the sequence of revaluation of different types of real estate.

The Land Relations and Cadastre Agency and the Public Services Agency will take the necessary measures in order to apply the provisions of the regulations and within three months from the date of publication of this decision will bring legislation in line with them.

The decision enters into force tomorrow upon publication in the Official Journal of Moldova.
