Chisinau, 27 November /MOLDPRES/- Institutions will no longer request additional documents if the data are available in electronic format. The parliament approved today in the final reading a draft amendment of legislation.
Thus, documents such as the certificate on absence of debts, statement from the real estate register etc will no longer be required on paper. This refers to cases where the information has previously been collected in electronic format and is available for access by all service providers.
The project also proposes the optimization of public services in the following areas: real estate, construction and urban planning, documentation, finance, taxes and fees, social benefits, health and transport. The information can be used by both institutions that have an information system and those that do not have their own information system and in this context can use the interface provided by the interoperability platform to access the data and use them.
The law will enter into force one year after its publication.
