As many as 1,712 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova

Chisinau, 28 November /MOLDPRES/- In the last 24 hours, 3993 tests were processed in the Republic of Moldova, being confirmed 1712 cases of infection with the new coronavirus, of which four were imported. In total, so far 105,852 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the country.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection (MSMPS), out of the total number of cases, 113 are medical workers: doctors - 39, nurses - 60, auxiliary staff - 14.

At the same time, there are 5,197 people in home treatment with mild forms of COVID-19, and 29,246 are under home supervision.

Another 1231 people were healed. In total, 93,028 people were cured by COVID-19.

At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another 19 deaths caused by COVID-19, the number of deaths reaching 2269. So far, 54 medical workers have died from COVID-19 infection.
