Two kindergartens quarantined in Chisinau

Chisinau, 30 November /MOLDPRES/- The number of cases of coronavirus disease has increased in educational institutions in Chisinau. Thus, in the last week, 101 new cases were registered among pupils.

Deputy Mayor Angela Cutasevici said today at the online meeting of the municipal services that in the municipal educational institutions the number of pupils suffering from coronavirus has increased in the last week. "In the municipal educational institutions there are 207 cases of COVID-19 among pupils, 101 cases being registered last week," she said.

Cutasevici said that in the kindergartens in the capital the number of diseases is lower. “There were six new cases of COVID-19 in children and 41 cases among teachers. In total, there are 371 children in self-isolation regime, and two preschool education institutions are in quarantine ", added the deputy mayor.
