Moldovan parliament approves laws allowing mobile drug stores

Chisinau, 16 December /MOLDPRES/ - The MPs, at a today’s meeting, approved two draft laws aimed at improving the residents’ access to medicines.  

Under the documents, the lawmakers introduced the compulsoriness for decision-makers to regulate and monitor the medicines’ prices beginning with the producer’s price, warehouse price and the one in drug stores. Also, the document sees the introduction of an electronic network meant to complete the initiative to have a global vision on the health services provided to insured patients from the health system.    

Alsop, the MPs made amendments to the law on pharmaceutical activity, as well as the law on domestic pharmaceutical trade through mobile units.
