Regulation on civil, state aircraft flights published in Official Journal of Moldova

Chisinau, 24 December /MOLDPRES/- The 23 December Official Journal published the Regulation on authorization of flights and using national airspace by civil and state aircraft.

The Regulation sets out the procedure for the authorization of flights in national airspace, as well as the conditions under which the take-off and landing of civil aircraft may be carried out from / on land other than aerodromes. The document is related to: all private peopple and legal entities who perform air operations with civil or state aircraft in the national airspace, regardless of nationality and categories of aircraft used and their state of registration / identification.

The decision shall enter into force upon expiry of six months of publication. Pending its entry into force, the Civil Aviation Authority, the Ministry of Defense and the authorized air navigation service provider shall ensure the publication of the information provided for in the approved Regulation and shall set up common procedures for data transmission and mutual information.

Control over the execution of the decision is the responsibility of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.
