Meteorologists forecast high air temperatures, rains in Moldova on Christmas

Chisinau, 24 December /MOLDPRES/ - Positive air temperatures and rains are forecast for 25 December, when the new-style Christians celebrate the Christmas.

According to the State Hydrometeorological Service, the air temperatures are to oscillate between +5 and +10 Celsius degrees in Moldova during the day and between 0 and +5 degrees at night on 25 December. The weather will be cloudy and rainy all over Moldova on the new-style Christmas.

As of 26 December, the weather will gradually cool and snow and sleet is expected. The cooling tendencies will maintain all the week-end, when the air temperatures will increase to +4 degrees during the day and -5 degrees at night.

On 28 December, the weather is to warm and so, on the last days of 2020, the air temperature will grow to +12 degrees.
