Moldovan fine artist makes more painting, tapestry, textile art works on pandemic period

Chisinau, 30 December /MOLDPRES/ - Fine artist, university lecturer at the Decorative Art Department of the Fine Arts and design Faculty of the Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University Ecaterina Ajder on the pandemic period made more works of painting, tapestry and textile art and worked as teacher.
Contacted by MOLDPRES, Ecaterina Ajder said that she had participated with three monumental works of textile art in the exhibitions, Moldova’s Saloons, Autumnala and Biennial of the National Decorative Art.
Ecaterina Ajder was born in Cahul on 11 March 1961. She graduated from the Alexandru Plamadeala Republican College of Fine Arts from Chisinau. Ajder made probations at the Moscow-based V.I Suricov State Institute of Academic Art (1992) and the Ioan Alexandrescu Academy of Visual Arts from Cluj-Napoca, Romania (1995).
She started her work in painting at national exhibitions staged in Chisinau and union ones in Moscow (1983). In 1990, Ajder became member of the Moldovan Fine Artists’ Union and in 1995 – member of the International Association of UNESCO Fine Artists. The fine artist had exhibitions in Moldova and abroad. Her works are kept in public and private collections from Moldova, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Germany, Russia, Venezuela, USA, Israel, France, Canada, Spain, Italy, Ukraine, Poland, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom.
