Number of COVID-19 patients down

Chisinau, 4 January /MOLDPRES/- In Chisinau the number of coronavirtus patients is decreasing.
The head of the General Directorate of Social Assistance and Health of Chisinau, Tatiana Bucearschi, said today at the online meeting of the municipal services that the number of coronavirus patients is decreasing. "Statistics show that the number of coronavirus patients has dropped by 50 percent," Bucearschi said.
According to the official, on 3 January 805 coronavirus patients were registered in municipal hospitals, of which 44 patients were in a very serious condition.
Bucearschi said that 61,454 cases of coronavirus were registered in Chisinau, of which 45,186 were recovered.
