Chisinau-based theatres resume work

Chisinau, 6 January /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau municipality’s Extraordinary Public Health Commission (CESP) today ruled that the theatres from the Moldovan capital can resume work.

The Commission today considered a request by more theatre collectives, which ask for the resumption of the activity. CESP decided that these cultural institutions can restart their work with the preserving of all public health measures and sanitary safety conditions in the context of the COVID pandemic.

Among the sanitary safety measures, there is the presence in the theatre hall of 50 per cent of the maximal capacity, in order to keep the distance, for the disinfection, thermometry of people, wearing of masks and the play must not last more than two hours.

At the same time, the Commission also ruled the resumption of the organization of concert events with the observance of the sanitary safety measures.
