Chisinau continues to evacuate kiosks

Chisinau, 11 January /MOLDPRES/- On 1-10 January Chisinau municipality evacuated 8 kiosks that lacked official location documentation.

During the online meeting of the services of Chisinau municipality, deputy mayor Inga Ionesii said that under new rules approved by the Chisinau Municipal Council on street trade, starting 1 January 2021, kiosks that do not have official location documentation will be evacuated . "The Chisinau Municipal Council will approve a new layout of these kiosks. Kiosks that do not have official location documents will be evacuated - the rules are the same for everyone. It is not possible for the economic agents not to pay for the location of the kiosks on the territory of the municipality, the action of evacuating the kiosks will continue ”, Ionesii said.

On 11-17 January, the municipal commission will convene in a meeting to organize a new tender for placing booths in Chisinau.
