Chisinau, 11 January /MOLDPRES/ - Chisinau residents submitted over 200 online complaints to the platform www.eu.chisinau.md in the first ten days of this year.
At a today’s online meeting of the Chisinau city hall’s services, the secretary of the Chisinau Municipal Council (CMC), Adrian Talmaci, said that, in the first ten days of 2021, Chisinau residents had submitted 22 notifications on the online platform of the city hall. ‘’Thus, 54 notifications are in the Botanica district, 42 in the Ciocana district, 29 in the Centru district, 49 in the Rascani district and 48 - in the Buiucani district,’’ Talmaci noted.
According to the official, three of these notifications have been settled urgently and the other applications are under solving.
Talmaci said that the principal problems notified by the citizens dealt with the waste evacuation, sanitation of parks and squares from the capital, evacuation of illegally placed booths, lack of streets’ illumination, remedying situations of damaging of basements of blocks of flats, applying the road marking, etc. Other notifications were turned down, on grounds that they are not within the competence of the city hall.
The electronic system www.eu.chisinau.md was launched in April 2020. The platform represents the main source through which the Chisinau residents can report the city’s most urgent problems.
