Regulation on radiocommunications enters into force on 22 January

Chisinau, 21 January /MOLDPRES/- On 22 January with the publication in the Official Journal, the Regulation on keeping state register formed by the Automated Information System State Register of frequencies and radio stations enters into force.

The regulation sets out the manner, responsibilities and powers on keeping, granting and use of information from the Automated Information System (SIA RSFSR) to record, manage frequency bands and radio stations, as well as objects launched in outer space, belonging to private people or legal entities in the civil sector and operating in Moldova.

The National Radio Frequency Management Service will ensure keeping the state register.

The SIA RSFSR will be hosted on the common government technology platform (MCloud) and will integrate with several government electronic services.
