Deadline for submitting application for providing of subsidy for interests on certain loans expires on 1 February in Moldova

Chisinau, 25 January /MOLDPRES/ - The deadline for submitting the application on the providing of the subsidy for the interests on bank and/or non-bank loans, borrowed on the period 1 May 2020 – 21 December 2020, expires on 1 February 2021.

According to the State Fiscal Service (SFS), the date of submitting the application is regarded the date of its registration at the general department of fiscal administration at the service place or at the general department of management of big tax payers at the State Fiscal Service (SFS), as case may be. ‘’The applications submitted after the aforementioned date are not considered and the subsidization based on them is not made, no matter the reason for the failure to submit the application in the terms established,’’ SFS said.      

Under the regulation on the way of subsidization of bank and/or non-bank loans, borrowed on the period 1 May 2020 – 31 December 2020, the application on the providing of the subsidy on the interests on the aforementioned credits is submitted till the end of the next month to the one when the programme is finished.  

At the same time, under the Civil Code, if the last day of the term is a Sunday, Saturday or a day when, under the law, there is day off at the place of carrying out the obligation, the term expires on the next working day.
