Online concert dedicated to W. A. Mozart to take place in Moldovan capital

Chisinau, 26 January /MOLDPRES/ - A concert without audience, dedicated to German and Austrian composer Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart , will take place at the Organ Hall from Chisinau on 27 January at 18:00.

Contacted by MOLDPRES, the Organ Hall’s director, Larisa Zubcu, said that the National Chamber Orchestra conducted by Cristian Florea, National Chamber Choir, led by Ilona Stepan, more singers would perform at the concert.

”Traditionally, in late January, on the Birthday of Mozart, the Chisinau-based Organ Hall brings homage to the Austrian and German genius. ‘’On The Day of Mozart’’ is one of the oldest and most dedicated projects of the Organ Hall, initiated in 2002. For the first time in those almost 20 years of existence, the concert will be held online, without audience in the hall. We expect the National Public Health Commission to allow the organization of concerts with spectators, just as it happened in the case of theatrical institutions,’’ Larisa Zubcu added.
