Moldovan capital's authorities carry out exercise of simulating anti-COVID vaccination process

Chisinau, 1 February /MOLDPRES/ - The sanitary authorities of the Chisinau municipality are prepared for implementing the first stage of the anti-COVID vaccination.   

The Moldovan capital’s administration informed that, in late last week, a meeting had been held with the managers of the municipal hospitals on the epidemiological situation in Chisinau and preparing for the implementation of the first stage of the anti-COVID vaccination. The city hall said that the vaccination teams had been set up, the immunization rooms had been prepared, the process of training the medical staffs had started, the lists for vaccination at the first phase were prepared. Also, decision-makers made an exercise of simulating the entire logistic process of reception, carriage, depositing and distribution of vaccines.  

The information unveiled by the Health, Labour and Social Protection Ministry shows that the first consignment of anti-Covid vaccines will be brought to Moldova in mid-February and the gradual vaccination will start in Chisinau.
