Seven settlements from central Moldova district to regionalize sewerage service

Chisinau, 4 February /MOLDPRES/ - Seven settlements from the central Straseni district will participate in a project on the regionalization of the sewerage and purifying residual waters.   

For this, a water-purifying station will be constructed in the Straseni town, with the support of the Czech Development Agency. At the same time, works of embankment for this location are planned, as well as the construction/extension of the internal sewerage networks in the communities: Straseni, Roscani, Sireti, Negresti, Ghelauza, Recea, Panasesti, as well as of the existing networks, from each settlement to the water-purifying station.    

All these are suggested to be carried out within the project financed from the National Regional Development Fund, provided for in the plan for 2021-2023, through the partnership established between the Centru Regional Development Agency, Straseni district council and the authorities of the aforementioned settlements.  

The conceptual note, Sewerage system, connection to the pumping/water-purifying  station from Straseni, submitted within the appeal of list for the selection of projects financed from the National Regional Development Fund, is promoted within the contest of proposals for financing.
