Cold weather, rains, sleet expected in Moldova in next week-end

Chisinau, 5 February /MOLDPRES/ - Specialists of the State Hydrometeorological Service (SHS) have forecast cold weather, rains, snowfall and sleet for the next week-end.  

According to meteorologists, on 6 February, the air temperatures will oscillate between -3 and +2 Celsius degrees during the day. At night, the air temperature will not be higher than 0 degrees, dropping to -5 degrees. On 6 February, snow is expected in the northern and central regions and rains – in the southern ones.    

The weather will be cooler on 7 February. On this day, the air temperature will drop to -7 degrees at night and will vary between 0 and -5 degrees during the day. Snow and sleet is expected in the central and northern regions on next Sunday.   

SHS informed that the weather would warm as of 8 February, with the tendency due to be maintained in the first half of the next week as well.
