Moldovan Socialists to propose candidate for premier position

Chisinau, 11 February /MOLDPRES/- The Party of Socialists will propose today candidate for prime minister, Mariana Durleșteanu. Socialist leader Igor Dodon made the statement today.

Also, Igor Dodon said that the Socialists are launching the initiative to form a parliamentary coalition. He noted the MPs of PSRM faction will not vote for the government proposed by Natalia Gavriliță. He said that Mariana Durleșteanu already has the signatures of 37 Socialists and is waiting to be supported by deputies from other factions.

Mariana Durleșteanu was born on September 5, 1971, in Chisinau. She is an economist by profession and previously held the position of Finance Minister.
