Moldovan government approves state order for professional development of civil servants in 2021

Chisinau, 12 February /MOLDPRES/ - The acting government, at a today’s meeting, approved a decision on state order concerning the professional development of civil servants in 2021.   

Under the decision, the Academy of Public Administration will ensure, in coordination with the State Chancellery: the elaboration, approval and distribution of the plan on carrying out the state order to the public authorities; elaboration and approval of training programmes in accordance with the practical needs, provisions of the normative framework and the relevance of the subjects for the professional development of civil servants; organization of activities of didactic and technical logistics related to the plan on the carrying out of the state order.      

Till 31 January 2022, the State Chancellery will submit the report on the carrying out of the training activities planned.  

Also, the public authorities will ensure: the delegation of civil servants to participate in training courses; participation of specialists in the working out and carrying out of training programmes as instructors, as a result of the request of the Academy of Public Administration.  

The expenses dealing with the carrying out of the state order will be covered within the limits of the financial means allocated to this end to the Academy of Public Administration.

The decision enters into force on the date of its publication in Moldova’s Official Journal.
