As many as 979 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldovova

Chisinau, 13 February /MOLDPRES/- In last 24 hours, in Moldova 3739 tests were processed, and 979 cases of infection with the new coronavirus were confirmed, two of which were imported. So far, 169,805 cases of COVID-19 have been registered in the country.

According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Social Protection (MSMPS), out of the total number of cases, 44 are medical workers: doctors - 15, nurses - 18, auxiliary staff - 11.

In home treatment with mild and moderate forms of COVID-19 there are 4627 people, and 14,730 are under home supervision.

Another 638 people were treated. In total, 156,836 people were treated by COVID-19.

At the same time, MSMPS informs about the registration of another 14 deaths caused by COVID-19, the number of deaths reaching 3,640.
