Commercial markets to operate three days week

Chisinau, 16 February /MOLDPRES/- The Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health (CNESP) at yesterday's meeting decided to restrict on 17 February - 1 March 2021 the activity of markets, which will take place only on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, except for agricultural markets.
CNESP also set out for economic agents carrying out trade / service activities in closed spaces, the simultaneous admission in the commercial / service space of a limited number of customers, based on the regulations of a visitor to four square meters of free trade area (area without commercial equipment).
The commission members agreed on restrictions in the activity of shopping centers. Thus, according to the CNESP decision, “the activity of the shopping centers at national level on Saturdays and Sundays shall be stopped from 17 February 2021 ensuring the normal operation of the food and pharmaceutical marketing units located inside them”.
Decision No45 of 15 February 2021 of the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health decided to extend the state of emergency in public health until 15 April. Failure to comply with the public health measures set out in the decision is danger to public health and will serve as a basis for the prosecution of contraventional and / or criminal liability.
