Employees continue to work under special work regime

Chisinau, 16 February /MOLDPRES/- During the state of health emergency, which was extended until 15 April the country's budget units will continue their work under special regime of work and remuneratiion in accordance with yesterday's decision by the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health (CNESP).
According to the decision, the heads of public and private institutions are ordered to set up a flexible or special working regime, attracting staff to work strictly necessary to ensure the functionality of the institution and staff whose activity requires mandatory attendance.
Ministries, the State Chancellery, other central administrative authorities subordinated to the Government and organizational structures within their sphere of competence (subordinate administrative authorities, including decentralized and subordinated public services, as well as public institutions, state-owned enterprises and full-fledged companies or public majority in which the ministry, the State Chancellery or other central administrative authority has the quality of founder) will organize the development of the activity in special working regime, from 7:30 to 16:00 and the lunch break from 12.00 to 12 : 30, with subsequent review, depending on the epidemiological situation.
State of public health emergency remains in force in Moldova until 15 April. During the period, several restrictions that were previously set remain, including new ones, due to the alarming situation under the COVID-19 pandemic. The decisions of the Extraordinary National Commission of Public Health are executory for the central and local public administration authorities.
