Festive events to be allowed with participation of up to 20 guests

Chisinau, 16 February /MOLDPRES/- The National Commission for Public Health (CNESP) at yesterday's meeting agreed to organize and conduct festive events in public catering establishments with the participation of less than 20 guests, in compliance with public health measures and the Instruction on preventing COVID-19 infection.
It is also forbidden to carry out service activities in public catering establishments (such as restaurants, bars, canteens, cafes), as well as in catering establishments located within points of oil products, shopping malls, airports, international ports and the international state border crossing points, between 22.00 - 07.00, except for marketing packed food, through public catering units of any type, excluding the possibility of consuming them within / territory of the establishment.
At the same time, CNESP prohibited the activities of commercial / service units for the types of activity included in the CAEM code 56.30 and CAEM code 93.29, regardless of the company name (example: disco-bar, night club, karaoke, disco etc.).
The territorial commissions of public health will ensure the review of all decisions / instructions, bringing them in line with the decisions of the National Commission of Public Health.
CNESP decisions are enforceable for the central and local public administration authorities, for private people and legal entities, regardless of the field of activity and legal form of organization.
