Water supplier from Moldovan capital starts signing direct contracts with appartment owners

Chisinau, 18 February /MOLDPRES/ - The Chisinau residents can demand the conclusion of direct contracts on the water and sewerage service in the city.

The Chisinau city hall informed that the water provider from the capital, Apa-Canal Chisinau stock company initiated the process of signing direct contracts with apartment owners.

According to the information unveiled, 3,880 applications on the conclusion of contracts for the public service of water and sewerage supply were submitted in 2020. Direct contracts with 2,358 flat owners from 55 blocks of apartments have been signed so far.

The applications submitted by applicants will be consider by the operator, after the legal requirements are cumulatively fulfilled, the direct contracts will be concluded.

If the supply/providing of the public service of supply with water and sewerage is made based on the contracts concluded between the operator with each owner/resident of apartment individually, the invoicing of the service is carried out based on the data of the individual meters set in flats and the tariffs approved.
