Moldovan parliament speaker meets Ambassador of Azerbaijan

Chisinau, 25 August /MOLDPRES/ - The development of the inter-parliamentary cooperation and boosting the economic relations between Moldova and Azerbaijan today were discussed at a meeting between Parliament Speaker Igor Grosu and Azeri Ambassador to Moldova Gudsi Dursun oglu Osmanov, the parliament’s communication and public relations general department has reported.

Igor Grosu stressed that the current governance had the goal to create conditions needed for attracting investments to Moldova.

The sides also expressed confidence that the bilateral cooperation relations between Moldova and Azerbaijan would evolve in a positive direction.

In the end, the officials agreed on the opportunity for representatives of the two countries’ legislative bodies to pay official visits.
