Candidate of Action and Solidarity Party withdrawn from electoral race for Balti city mayor

Chisinau, 6 December /MOLDPRES/ - The Action and Solidarity Party (PAS) informs about the withdrawal of its candidate, Boris Marcoci, from the electoral race for the Balti city’s mayor.
PAS made the announcement on the withdrawal of its candidate shortly after the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) had instructed the organization of the runoff election on 19 December.
"To avoid any speculations, the Action and Solidarity Party informs about the withdrawal of Boris Marcoci from the electoral race for the office of mayor of the Balti municipality. The decision is to be formalized by the statutory forums of the party on 7 December,’’ reads a press release of this formation.
